- 1/2 Cup High Protein Pancake and Baking Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Water
- 2 TBSP PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 Sliced Banana
- Maple Syrup
1) Whisk mix, water, egg and Peanut butter powder
2) Grease griddle and heat griddle to low heat
3) Pour batter on preheated griddle
4) Add sliced bananas
5) Cook until no more bubbles are forming and edges look dry (~3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden.
6) Optional: Top with bananas and maple syrup.
