Recipe:

Ingredients

- 2-3 Pints diced tomatoes

- 1/2 can diced black olives

- 1 can (11 oz.) white shoepeg corn

- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans

- 1 diced red onion

- 2-3 avocados peeled and chopped 

- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

High Protein (29 grams per serving!!) Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes- Tasty Inspired

Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup High Protein Pancake and Baking Mix

- 1 Egg

- 2 TBSP Water

- 2 TBSP PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder

- 1 Sliced Banana

- Maple Syrup

Directions

1) Whisk mix, water, egg and Peanut butter powder

2) Grease griddle and heat griddle to low heat

3) Pour batter on preheated griddle

4) Add sliced bananas

5) Cook until no more bubbles are forming and edges look dry (~3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden.

6) Optional: Top with bananas and maple syrup.​
